Connols-Air Eggcrate Return and Exhaust Air Grille frames are constructed of heavy gauge extruded aluminium alloy 6063 tempered to T5. The 12.5 x 12.5 x 12.5mm grid core is constructed of thin aluminium strips pressure welded. Frames are assembled using corner inserts.
